Intrduction to Solid Foods for Infants
Led by Danica Molson, Registered Dietician and Dr. Jennifer Kouwenberg
Our aim is to help families embrace and navigate this exciting time. Topics covered will included:
- Signs of readiness doe feeding solids
- How to introduce solids
- Puree vs Baby Led WEaning
- Feeding Safety
- Introducing allergens
- Fostering self feeding skills
- Building healthy relationships with food
