Scheduling an Appointment
We are a referral-based consultative pediatric care practice. Please ask your health care provider for a referral, and then we will contact you to schedule your appointment. We work hard to minimize wait periods and thank you for your patience!
Please continue to see your family doctor if your condition worsens or necessitates a more urgent appointment.
Referrals are not required to see our allied health professionals. Please contact the allied health provider you wish to see to book an appointment.
To keep our communities safe and practice physical distancing, many office appointments are now being scheduled virtually by telehealth (video conference or by telephone). We use a secure telehealth platform; however, if you have concerns please let the office know and we can either defer scheduling the appointment until a later date (if appropriate) or arrange an in-person visit.

Our clinic waiting room is currently closed as per our COVID-19 safety policies. When you arrive for your appointment, please wait in your car and call the office to let us know you are here. You will be let in for your appointment when your doctor is ready.
All guardians and patients are expected to wear a mask as mandated by the current provincial public health order. If this is not feasible for you or your child, please contact our office to discuss.

Cancellation & Late Policies
We will be in touch two to three days ahead of your scheduled appointment as a reminder and to confirm your attendance. Your appointment has been reserved especially for you and we request a minimum of two business days notice (48 hours) to reschedule or cancel. We appreciate your consideration and respect for our team and other patients who are waiting to be seen!
Aim to arrive five to 10 minutes early for your in-person or virtual care appointment. We strive to see patients on time and want you to have the full time scheduled for you with your physician.
If you do not show up for your appointment without reasonable notice, your referral will be cancelled, the referring doctor notified, and a new referral will be required.
